We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer with proficiency in React.js and a solid understanding of Java-based backend integration to join our dynamic team in the banking domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for banking applications while ensuring seamless integration with backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Development:

• Develop, test, and maintain dynamic, responsive, and user-friendly web applications using React.js.
• Implement efficient and reusable components for web interfaces.
• Integration with Backend Systems:
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs built on Java.
• Ensure seamless data flow between the frontend and backend systems.

UI/UX Collaboration:

• Work closely with designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into high-quality code.
• Optimize UI/UX designs for functionality and user engagement.

Performance Optimization:

• Ensure applications perform optimally across various devices and browsers.
• Address issues like latency and improve load times using best practices.

Code Quality & Standards:

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to coding standards.
• Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to a culture of quality assurance.

Agile Collaboration:

• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and QA.
• Qualifications & Skills:

Frontend Expertise:

• Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles, including state management (Redux or Context API).
• Experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Familiarity with frontend build tools and bundlers like Webpack, Babel, and NPM/Yarn.

Backend Integration:

• Knowledge of Java backend frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot) for API integration.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, data handling, and authentication mechanisms (e.g., OAuth2, JWT).

UI/UX:

• Proficiency in responsive design and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with Material-UI, Bootstrap, or other UI component libraries.

Tools & Frameworks:

• Version control with Git.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Docker and Jenkins.
• Experience with unit testing libraries (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
