<p><strong>Job Description: Experience Design Specialist (5 Roles Open)</strong></p>
<p><strong>Role Overview:</strong><br>Seeking highly skilled professionals to join our Experience Design team, with roles open for <strong>Senior Associate</strong>&nbsp;and<strong>&nbsp;Manager</strong> levels. As part of this dynamic team, you will be instrumental in crafting exceptional user experiences, blending <strong>UX</strong> and <strong>UI</strong> expertise to enhance customer journeys for a banking end client. Candidates with <strong>Financial Services (FS)</strong> experience, particularly within <strong>banking</strong>, are highly preferred. Proficiency in <strong>Arabic</strong> is a bonus.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul><li>Design and deliver end-to-end <strong>customer journeys</strong>, ensuring seamless and engaging user experiences across digital touchpoints.</li><li>Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform design decisions.</li><li>Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business goals.</li><li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure design feasibility and consistency.</li><li>Translate complex concepts into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.</li><li>Use data-driven insights to continuously improve user experiences, optimizing for usability, accessibility, and engagement.</li><li>Advocate for design best practices and contribute to the development of design systems and standards.</li><li>Manage and mentor junior team members (for Manager/Senior Manager roles), fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.</li></ul>
<p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul><li>Proven experience in <strong>UX/UI design</strong>, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects.</li><li>Expertise in tools such as <strong>Figma</strong>, <strong>Sketch</strong>, <strong>Adobe XD</strong>, or similar design software.</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>design thinking</strong>, <strong>user-centered design principles</strong>, and customer journey mapping.</li><li>Experience working on digital projects within the <strong>Financial Services (FS)</strong> sector, with <strong>banking experience</strong> being highly preferred.</li><li>Ability to balance business objectives with user needs to drive impactful designs.</li><li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-design stakeholders.</li><li>Proficiency in <strong>Arabic</strong> is a plus but not mandatory.</li><li>Leadership experience and ability to guide teams (for Manager/Senior Manager roles).</li></ul><p>Vertical&nbsp;</p><p>Technology</p>
