<p>We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect in&nbsp;Banking Architecture to support the execution&nbsp;of our 5-year technology strategy.&nbsp;</p><p>This role focuses on designing and delivering innovative banking&nbsp;solutions, ensuring alignment between business and technology functions.&nbsp;</p><p>The ideal candidate will bring&nbsp;expertise in application architecture and a strategic perspective to address emerging topics and&nbsp;challenges within the banking industry.</p>
<p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></p>






<ul><li>Solution Design: Support the development of functional and technical solution designs that align with&nbsp;the banks technology strategy and business needs.</li><li>Requirements Validation: Challenge and validate business requirements and vendor-delivered&nbsp;solutions to ensure quality, scalability, and alignment with the banks goals.</li><li>Operating Model Support: Assist in designing and executing the target operating model to enable&nbsp;streamlined processes and efficient delivery.</li><li>Talent Development: Align talent build-up and upskilling initiatives with the strategy to ensure the&nbsp;organization has the required skills to execute transformation projects.</li><li>Strategic Insights: Provide strategic perspectives on emerging topics in banking and technology to&nbsp;guide innovation and decision-making.</li><li>Demand Alignment: Work closely with stakeholders to align priority demands with the overall&nbsp;strategy, ensuring resources are effectively allocated.</li><li>Collaboration and Coordination: Facilitate collaboration across business and technology teams to&nbsp;address dependencies and maintain progress toward strategic milestones.</li></ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>

<ul><li> Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience with in-depth knowledge of application architecture&nbsp;in the financial industry.</li><li> Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A&nbsp;Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, SAFe, Agile) is preferred.</li></ul>
